The Role of Operating Room Nurses

While operating room nurses play diverse roles and specialize in a variety of procedures, they all ultimately ensure that surgeries proceed safely, efficiently, and effectively and work to educate and advocate for patients.

Because of the critical nature of their work, OR RNs are some of the most in-demand nurses. This means that OR travel nurse jobs are some of the highest-paying positions - and that jobs are available across the country.

Celebrating OR RNs November 10-16

This year, we would like to join the Association of Periperative Registered Nurses (AORN) in celebrating the work of OR nurses and in thanking them for all that they do during Perioperative Nurses Week, November 10-16.

Gift Ideas for Perioperative Nurses Week

#1 - Give Thoughtful Gifts

You may have several perioperative nurses in mind to thank this week, and you don’t want to break the bank buying gifts for each of them. You don’t have to! Make some cute, personalized awards for your OR nurses.
